White wine produced from grapes grown in an old vineyard on the Ribatejo heathlands, this Grande Reserva showcases the Fernão Pires grape variety in all its splendor.
Fermentation in French oak barrels -carried out under controlled temperatures - followed by *bâtonnage* (lees stirring) over fine lees for 45 days, imparts exceptional depth and complexity to the wine.
Delicate notes of white-fleshed fruits and orange blossom dance alongside an elegant, precise acidity, leading to a long, serene, and captivating finish, with excellent potential for further evolution.
Ideal for pairing with soft cheeses, well-seasoned baked fish, cod with cream, and traditional region dishes. Serve at 12°C.
