Produced with grapes chosen from the best traditional grape varieties of the region, with skin pre-maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC for 16 days.
A smooth, fruity wine with acidic mouth. Fresh and very well balanced.
Excellent to pair with fish and seafood dishes or oriental cuisine. It should be consumed at a temperature of 8º-10º C.
