Marachas do Tejo
Marachas it is a popular term which represents the margins that demarcate and safeguard the lands of the waters of the river.
This wine fermentation occourred in a small open stainless stell vats, after destemming, at a temperature of 26ºC. Aged in french oak barrels and American oak for 9 months. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
Ruby violet color, aromas with touch of ripe plums and fresh notes of mint, with quality wood appearing discreet and soft. The mouth is unctuous with well-wrapped acidity and soft, ripe tannins providing an elegant finish and good persistence.
Accompanies well game dishes and poultry.
