White wine of fine and elegant aromas where the fruits of yellow-flesh stand out.
Wine made with the Viognier grape variety, coming exclusively from old vineyards implanted in poor sandy soils. The fermentation was partially carried out in French oak barrels at 18ºC for 16 days, followed by batonage.
