Red wine with a ruby colour and bright appearance; aromas of ripe red fruits and small wild berries, with subtle nuances of the oak used during ageing.
Following a manual harvest and complete destemming, the grapes were vinified in *lagares* (traditional open-top fermentation vats) using mechanical treading. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
On the palate, it is intense and elegant, showing clear freshness and complexity, with polished yet noticeable tannins. It finishes with good volume - intense and remarkably long.
Ideal for pairing with game dishes and soft cheeses. Serve at 14°C.
